Winds will make it feel colder

Our next front will sweep across us after midnight and push off our coast before dawn.  Any leftover showers will quickly leave as skies clear and we’ll see much more sunshine than today.  Don’t let that fool you because northerly winds will increase to 15-25 making it feel cooler than the 70 degree predicted high.  Sweaters and jackets will be required by late in the day and overnight into Friday morning.  That good Fall feeling will last into the weekend with a slow warm up.   Since our next front won’t arrive until late next week, we’ll see 5-7 days of dry weather.  Enjoy!

Our Hurricane Season is long over as the cold air cools the Gulf.   Not so in the western Pacific where a Cat. 5 Typhoon is heading towards Manilla.  We should be watching for the videos coming out of the Far East as this storm is likely to cause lots of problems.
