Half and Half...

Yesterday's strong storms have raced off the east coast and we begin this weekend on a tranqil note.  Saturday's parades will be fine as filtered AM sun gives way to increasing PM Clouds.  Those clouds signal the approach of another upper disturbance that promises to make much of Sunday Wet.  At least temperatures will remain mild, but don't get use to the Spring-like warmth.  Computer models are developing another Polar Vortex (Arctic outbreak) that will plunge down to the Gulf coast by Wednesday.  It appears the North Shore will experience more freezing temps. Thursday & Friday morning with the South Shore getting into the 30s but staying above freezing.  Heavy coats will again be required until a warm up arrives for Saturday & Sunday.  It's no more than a guess right now, but we have rain opportunities coming on Tuesday & Wednesday and again Late next Sunday into Monday.  Mardi Gras looks dry & comfy cool.  Stay tuned!
