Peak of Fog Season...

After the 8th coldest January & more freezes in February, Lake P & nearby coastal waters cooled into the upper 40s.  They have since warmed back into the 50s, but that is still cool enough to produce widespread dense fog when warm south winds blow.   Until we get water temps back into the mid to upper 60s (usually by late March or early April), sea fog will continue to be, at times,  a problem.  Local travel over any major waterways will find reduced visibilities thru midday on Wednesday before daytime heating allows the fog to lift.  As a cold front approaches on Thursday, increasing winds should prevent the fog from being as dense/thick on Thursday morning.  We could see showers with rumbles of thunder after dark Thursday ending after midnight with slightly cooler and drier weather for Friday.  I see no major cold air returning for the next 5-7 days.

Read where former Senator John Kerry refers to Carbon Dioxide as a "weapon of mass destruction".   What's he want us to do?  Stop breathing?   Remember, John Kerry has the same science background as Al Gore.   Follow the money guys.
