Great Weekend Coming...

It's difficult to whine too much when you see folks up north suffering with wind, snow & cold.  We complain just because we didn't reach 60 while Chicago hasn't been up to 60 since last November!   It is somewhat unusual to see us not reach 80 degrees at least once in March, but so far we're zero for March.  With 5 days left, I see only one opportunity to hit 80 and that is on Friday IF we can break out into some sunshine.   A fast moving upper disturbance has brought us some light showers tonight and a stronger system may trigger some T-Storms after dark tomorrow.  Another front will sweep thru early on Saturday bringing slightly cooler (Very pleasant) & drier air for your weekend.  But we have to get thru Thursday & Friday to enjoy that good feel air once again.   The folks up north are not done with Winter like chill.  The Great Lakes are still 70% ice covered & most of Canada remains snow covered.  I do believe April will continue the cold trend across much of the U.S. east of the Mississippi.  Fortunately, we live far enough south to benefit by the higher sun angle & the longer hours of daylight.  Stay tuned.
