Gov. Brown Clueless...

So I'm watching the big ridge over the West Coast produce record heat while a deep trough over the east produces record cold.   All to be expected, in fact a lady called saying on her wedding day here back 1961 on May 27th it was 54 degrees, same as this morning.    It's happened before & will happen again...but nooooo, here's California Governor Jerry Brown spouting "it must be climate change" for all the California wild fires & drought.   It's funny how the Alarmists claim every weather event is due to climate change.  Before I take my anti-depressant, let me describe how the heat in the West will shift to the central plains and eventually to us next week.   No, not because of climate change, but due to the naturally changing patterns of the upper winds.  The ridge out west will park over us by Wednesday allowing our highs to reach 90+.  That "heat wave" is likely to last into next weekend.  In the meantime, a trough will develop over the west bringing them much needed relief from the heat, but little rainfall.   Enjoy the current coolness as it won't last, never does at this time of the year.  it's called SUMMER !
