Pay Attention

I have never meet Dr. Greg Forbes, The Weather Channel's severe weather expert.  However, over the years, I have learned so much more about reading radar signatures that I feel as if I know Greg.   Tonight it was announced that Dr. Greg underwent surgery for colon cancer that was found during a yearly physical check up.  As a prostate cancer surivor, I know my yearly physical exam is what probably added several healthy years to my life by detecting the cancer early.   Dr. Forbes believes that is the same with him.  Early detection BEFORE any symptoms show up is key to successful treatment.  You must pay attention to what your body tells you, PLUS have those annual check ups.   I believe prayers are in order as we need Dr. Greg back on air at TWC.

Our weekend for early May will be as good as it gets.  No rain, low humidity, clear comfy cool nights, sunny, warm days.  Enjot it as we won't see it as nice again until October!
