Does it matter what I say about the weather? C'mon, we all have been watching our guys without Drew, and they find a way to win. That's called CHARACTER! What a team win!
Amazing NHC has called a small swirl Tropical Storm Karen. Satellite loops show an exposed center with no storms around it. There is a much better organized low coming off of Africa and that will become Tropical Storm Lorenzo. However, neither of these systems will ever be our problem.
The Gulf does have lots of clouds, but upper winds are too strong for anything to get organized.
So now we start looking for that first REAL cold front. Models are hinting it might be the first week in October (4-6th) with another the following week. If that's the case, we need not worry about those systems coming off of Africa since it take 10-14 days to reach the Gulf. We need to keep an eye out closer to home for development. For now, all eyes are on our SAINTS, WHO DAT !!!
