We all know the Saint's uplift the city when they win and today is no exception. I was fortunate to be out fishing with Capt. Hylton this morning to see clouds make for a beautiful sunrise at Shell Beach. Fishing was good as we pulled in 47 trout, 4 sheepshead, 1 bass and 1 keeper redfish with 4 guys. Most other parts of the country would be thrilled to catch over 50 fish in one day, but in Louisiana we are spoiled.
We will see a warmer start to this week before the coldest air of the season arrives for Halloween. Much of the Rockies & northern Plains are below freezing.
Before the cold arrives, we'll see an increase in low level moisture with some rain breaking out on Tuesday. Wednesday may top 80 before we'll need sweaters, jackets and heavy coats later in the week. Stay tuned!
