The big swirl of clouds off California will be a slow mover bringing much needed soaking rain & snow to the West Coast. You can see how chilly it is out west while the SE is Spring-like. There is a clear temperature boundary to our north where more rain keeps falling with snow farther to the north. Today's model runs are hinting the upper ridge over the Southeast will finally break down allowing a front our way for late next week. That should bring down our highs from the 80s back into the 60s & low 70s for NEXT weekend.
Until then, expect mild, foggy mornings with sunny & warm afternoons with very little chance for rain until the front gets closer.
Finally, I am so proud to support my wife, Brenda and the passion she has as a board member of CAPS FOR KIDS...a locally based non-profit organization that brings smiles to over 19,000 children each year diagnosed with cancer.
