They're Back,,,The Dreaded Muggies

We've enjoyed a terrific stretch of weather for mid June as dewpoints in the 50s & 60s have made our typical summertime heat way less oppressive.  But alas, the 70+ dew points have returned along with a few PM Storms.

Another upper trough will become "cut off" over the Carolinas later this week and that should drive down some more lovely weather for most of this week.

Some really chilly air covers the Great Lakes and Northeast, but it's too late for any cooling to push through us.  We'll be happy just to get in on the lower dew points (humidity) for a couple of days.

This has been a great stretch of weather for the Gulf beaches and that pattern should last all week.  There is a weak tropical wave moving through the western Caribbean, but none of the models show tropical development for the next 10-14 days.   No complaints here if our weather remains boring!Stay tuned!
