Springtime Brings An Attitude Of Gratitude...

When I was going to college in Ann Arbor back in the late 60s. it seems like the Winter Chill would never leave.  I often remembering wearing sweaters and coats well into May.  When I moved to Tampa in the early 70s & then here in the late 70s, I really enjoyed Spring (March-May).  Today is a perfect example.

Ann Arbor & all of the Great Lake states are mainly in the 40s with clouds and spotty cold rain showers.  We are enjoying bright sunshine with temps in the mid 70s with brisk westerly winds.  Does it get any better?   It's why I live south!

the North remains chilly due to an upper trough bringing down lingering Canadian chill.  It keeps coming in waves as you can see several fronts from Florida to Minnesota.

Our clear skies reveal many fires burning indicating how dry much of the South is.

With Gulf moisture totally cut off, this will be a terrific weekend with warm days & comfy cool nights.

It's Mother Nature at her finest!  Enjoy your weekend & stay tuned!
